Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
4. Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and injury prevention
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
6. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
7. Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards
Qualifications:
1. Current Arizona Physical Therapist license in good standing
2. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
6. Previous experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
