We are hiring a Manager - Reporting, Analysis, and Business Intelligence to join the team in Conshohocken, PA.
Position Summary
The Manager - Reporting, Analysis, and Business Intelligence plays a lead role in the development and execution of enterprise-wide reporting and analytics strategies. It combines financial and operational analysis with business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Ensures core reporting and analytics processes are standardized and streamlined with automated data flows and dashboards and building and monitoring KPI�s and Power BI dashboards for analyses.
Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Consolidations, Reporting, and Analysis
- Design and manage dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Administrator for Planful consolidation and reporting system. Ensures FP&A receives timely and efficient reporting setup for month end and budgeting processes.
- Oversee Ad Hoc and recurring reporting for executive leadership.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights. Provides insightful monthly summary and activity reporting to identify key drivers of financial results.
- Facilitates integration of newly acquired entities and collaborates with IT and Planful support to ensure readiness for reporting and analyses in systems.
Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Strategy
- Own, develop and implement DW and BI frameworks and data governance policies.
- Lead the integration of Data Warehouse and Power BI tools to provide actionable and insightful reporting to Finance and Operations.
- Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics and AI-based initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage cross-functional project processes and work teams.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to align data strategies.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor�s or master�s degree in business, Data Science, or related field.
- 8�10+ years in analytics, reporting, or BI leadership roles. Experience with Planful and Power BI highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Expertise in data warehousing, visualization tools, and statistical modeling.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
