KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

The TownePlace Suites Milwaukee Brookfield is located just 12 miles from downtown Milwaukee and 19 miles from the General Mitchell International Airport. TownePlace Suites is the only extended Marriott extended stay property in Brookfield. We are the perfect solution for extended-stay travelers offering rates based on length of stay. We offer spacious studio and two- bedroom suites. All suites include a fully-equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dishware. The living area includes a sleeper sofa, work desk, free high-speed Internet and in room pay-per-view movies. Guests can relax or rejuvenate in our seasonal outdoor pool or 24-hour exercise room.
