Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro (21 County Coverage Area)
Compensation: $54 - $78 per hour active hours, $510.00 - $12.00 per hour beeper fee
Schedule: 7 Consecutive Days On / 7 Days Off

Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient needs during evenings, overnights, and weekends via in-person visits and phone triage
- Deliver hands-on hospice care, including medication administration and comfort-focused nursing interventions
- Guide families with empathy through symptom changes and end-of-life concerns
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using our hospice-specific EHR
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Educate families on the dying process and what to expect
- Provide reassurance, emotional presence, and expert communication during crises
What We’re Looking For:
- Active MN Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with travel and responding to calls across a wide metro area
- Excellent at independent decision-making, prioritization, and triage
- Compassionate communicator with patients, families, and team members
- Tech-savvy enough to document and communicate from the field
- Willing to participate in on-call rotations, including holidays and weekends
