What you´ll do

  • The ATL Pallet Operator is responsible for performing all aspects of operating multiple automated rollers, chain conveyors & palletizers in a safe and quality conscious manner.
  • Associate is also responsible for safely and efficiently operating a shuttle that transports pallets to different drop points. Associate will also monitor pallet lanes and call out to lift operators when lanes are too full.
  • Associate will also prepare items for shipment and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments.


  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Safety and efficiently operate a forklift to manage material movement within warehouse for purpose of ensuring efficient manufacturing operations.
    • Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained (Wood. Plastic & Cardboard swept up)

    • Complete necessary paperwork.
    • Perform daily inspection of overall ATL pallet conveyors.
    • Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner to meet or exceed reasonable expectations within the area.
    • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
    • Perform daily inspection of assigned equipment.
    • Perform other functions within the plant/warehouse as needed.
    • Must be able to manage and run the production desk.
    • Maintain an awareness of and use Good Manufacturing Practices
    • Maintain a clean, neat, & orderly work area (Tools Organized & Dusting Touchscreens)

    • Performs live verifications to support production requirements.

    • For safety and business purposes, must have communication skills including reading, writing and must be able to communicate to others as well as be able to receive communication from others.
    • Operation of the ATL conveyors/Palletizer to include:
      • Perform changeovers of material numbers in computer monitor. 
      • Ensure the correct pattern and layers are constructed. 
      • Correct usage of computer touch screens 
      • Monitor multiple sections of conveyor to ensure all are operational and free of jam conditions. 
      • Clear simple pallet jams safely utilizing lockout/tagout procedures. 
      • Clear complex pallet jams safely utilizing lockout/tagout procedures. 
      • Ensure all roller & chain conveyors are always working properly. 
      • Ensure all photoeyes and reflectors are aligned and working properly.
      • Troubleshoot problems and communicate to maintenance. 
      • Clear complex case jams below the slide plates safely utilizing lockout/tagout procedures. 
      • Hygienically remove damaged cases and bottles from the palletizers and send to be reworked on the packaging line

  •  Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to repetitively bend, stoop and crouch.

The hourly pay
range for this role is $23.00 and $27.50. This range reflects the good‑faith
minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for
this position at the time of posting.  This role is classified as
non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with
federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in
this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or
other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also
offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation
will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,
certifications, and work location. This job posting is intended to comply with
