FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is growing in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on patient care and being part of a collaborative clinical team.
Our clinic focuses on quality care, patient progress, and a supportive work environment where clinicians can grow professionally while helping patients regain confidence in movement.

Compensation
$26 – $32 per hour, based on experience

Your Role
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional movement programs
Provide hands-on therapy techniques as appropriate
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Monitor progress and document patient outcomes
Maintain a positive, team-focused clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
Active North Carolina PTA license (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
At least 2 years of experience preferred
Willingness to train and continue learning
Strong patient communication skills
Preferred but not required:
Spanish-speaking ability
Vestibular rehabilitation experience
