Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Charlotte, NC

Outpatient Orthopedics & Balance | Full-Time

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is growing in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on patient care and being part of a collaborative clinical team.

Our clinic focuses on quality care, patient progress, and a supportive work environment where clinicians can grow professionally while helping patients regain confidence in movement.

Compensation

  • $26 – $32 per hour, based on experience

Your Role

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist

  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional movement programs

  • Provide hands-on therapy techniques as appropriate

  • Educate patients on home exercise programs

  • Monitor progress and document patient outcomes

  • Maintain a positive, team-focused clinic environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Active North Carolina PTA license (or eligibility)

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • At least 2 years of experience preferred

  • Willingness to train and continue learning

  • Strong patient communication skills

Preferred but not required:

  • Spanish-speaking ability

  • Vestibular rehabilitation experience
