What you’ll be doing  


Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in the HRIS Platform Workday recruitment area

Document the needs and necessary changes in the Recruitment process and adapt to the Toyota de Puerto Rico Needs and compliance.

Attends all the PM meetings and provides the data requested by the PM to complete the project 

Developing and implementing change management plans to support the organizational recruitment process

Submit the project status to HR and leadership weekly to receive the necessary feedback to comply with the project.

Qualification Section 

Internship Eligibility   

Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited Bachelor’s degree program studying Industrial Engineering. Industrial Psychology  ( add another degree if necessary) or related disciplines 

Juniors and above with a graduation date of December 2026 or later 

Available to work full-time during the Summer 2026 term 

GPA of 3.5 or higher 

Must be at least 18 years of age 

Lawful unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
