This position is responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in a warm and sincere manner. Manage seating charts and system, in addition to relaying pertinent information regarding guests to servers, kitchen, and management. Aids servers and bartenders in the delivery and removal of service items and maintains a cleaning dining and bar area.
This position will require weekend availability, both Saturday and Sunday.
Essential Duties:
• Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Responsible for opening setup, closing duties, and cleaning projects
• Assists and supports servers and bartenders as needed
• Ensures all areas of restaurant are clean, organized, and presentable
• Performs specific and general duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting
• Manage waitlist and seat guests according to section rotation
• Other duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience/Skills:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Friendly and welcoming customer service
• Ability to multitask
• Willingness and initiative to help out other employees with customers and service needs
• Takes direction easily from co-workers and leaders/managers to deliver best customer experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 56.5 lbs. and carry objects of this weight up to 100 feet.
• Ability to push/pull weights up to 50 lbs. and maintain the grip strength required to carry objects including buckets and cases.
• Must also show fine motor dexterity.
• Demonstrate their ability to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, twist, squat and reach overhead.
• The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking.

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Hourly Rate: $13.73 per hour
