Job Description

Our facility is actively hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance across the facility. The Director of Nursing (DON) plays a critical leadership role in ensuring excellent resident outcomes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting nursing staff performance. As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will oversee all nursing operations, establish clinical standards, and promote a culture of accountability, safety, and resident-centered care.

Schedule and Employment Type

  • Full-Time Days (7AM - 3PM) or (8AM - 4PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all nursing operations as the Director of Nursing (DON)

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements

  • Oversee clinical quality, infection control, and survey readiness

  • Supervise nursing leadership and support staff development

  • Collaborate with administration on staffing, budgets, and quality initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
