As an Adult Program Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for learners in the Adult Day Program. Primary Duties: 

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized instructional programs for learners
  • Identify opportunities for learners to be active members of the community
  • Train and mentor direct support professionals, fostering their growth and success
  • Conduct program evaluations, reviews, and progress reporting
  • Oversee completion of necessary paperwork and verify daily session notes
  • Design and oversee behavior reduction treatment plans
  • Lead clinics and participate in clinical meetings
  • Assist with intake and transition processes for prospective learners
  • Collaborate with community partners to create meaningful employment opportunities for learners
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all program participants

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (master's preferred)
  • Enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA certification program or willing to enroll in one. (BCBA or BCaBA preferred)
  • Experience working with learners with autism
  • Preferred experience working with adults with disabilities, staff supervision, and training
  • A valid current driver’s license, which must remain in good standing throughout your employment with Alpine
  • Strong moral character, communication skills, and organizational abilities
  • Competence in educational technology, behavior schedules, and treatment modalities
  • Employee will cooperate with the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and/or Department of Human Services (DHS) staff for any inspection, inquiry or investigation.
