- Collaborate with teachers to design and refine lesson plans aligned with standards.
- Support implementation of school-wide instructional initiatives and best practices.
- Assist in integrating technology and differentiated instruction into teaching.
- Data Analysis & Student Achievement
- Help teachers analyze student performance data to inform instruction.
- Monitor progress and support intervention strategies for struggling learners.
- Collaborate with staff to set measurable goals for student achievement.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Serve as a liaison between administration and teaching staff.
- Participate in school improvement planning and curriculum committees.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and reflective practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred)
- Valid teaching certification
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of instructional strategies, curriculum design, and assessment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with instructional coaching or mentoring
- Familiarity with professional learning communities (PLCs)
- Proficiency in educational technology tools
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- Full-time, 10-month position aligned with the academic calendar
