ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Servicing and troubleshooting advanced systems such as chillers and boilers

·         Leading critical diagnostics and performance optimization

·         Interfaces with BAS for monitoring and control

·         Leads troubleshooting on critical equipment failures

·         Coaches and trains junior technicians and support technical decision making

·         Keeps detailed records for compliance and system history

Physical Requirements:

You’ll be performing hands-on work and repairs, which will include:

• Getting up on rooftops (via ladder) to access HVAC equipment.
• Loading and unloading tools and equipment from your work van.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs on occasion, and up to 25 lbs overhead.
• Climbing ladders and extending reach overhead as part of your daily tasks.

Qualifications:     

·         10+ years of HVAC technician experience

·         Extensive experience servicing chillers, boilers, RTUs, and large commercial split systems

·         Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration theory and sequence of operations for complex mechanical systems

·         Proven track record of independently leading critical diagnostics and major repairs

·         Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed records for system history and regulatory compliance
