Your mission
Manage and organise the activity of one or more spheres of activity / department/section:
- Manage the follow-up of files in relation to projects or actions carried out by colleagues in the team or the manager
- Research, develop, analyse and consolidate data and documents necessary for creating files relevant to the sphere of activity, meetings…
- Contribute to budget tracking for the sphere of activity/department/section.
- Take charge of the flow of information necessary for correct functioning of the section/sphere of activity (top-down and bottom-up information) and be the key contact for internal and external clients in relation to orientation of requests.
- Manage planning, organisational logistics and follow-up of different internal or external events/special occasions, steer potential service providers and the contractualisation of services provided
- Participate in the development, maintenance, analysis and monitoring of management tools (dashboard, visual supports …) in respect to activity reporting
- Propose, write and implement effective and innovative solutions and procedures in view of improving processes or ways of working, processing information, decision-making tools.
- Manage typical administrative duties : diary management, answering the phone and directing calls, travel logistics, meeting proceedings…
- Contribute to the life of the section/sphere of activity : integration of new team members, team rituals, team-building events…
- - Participate in cross-cutting activities (working groups) and may be required in this context, to take on complementary activities not outlined in their duties
Who you are ?
- Vous effectuez un Master en marketing et/ou communication et vous avez un intérêt pour le domaine pharmaceutique et cosmétique.
- Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, rigoureux(se), créatif(ve) et vous avez la culture du résultat.
- Vous parlez et écrivez le français et l’anglais ; le néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous possédez un permis B.
