    What You Will Do:

    • Support Payroll Operations: Assist Payroll Specialists and the Payroll Manager with day‑to‑day payroll tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing.
    • Maintain Team Member Data: Manage new hire onboarding data and maintain employee profiles, including taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other payroll‑related updates.
    • Serve as a Payroll Resource: Respond to inquiries from team members, management, and external agencies with professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Ensure Accuracy & Compliance: Perform employee maintenance and reporting with a high level of precision, discretion, and adherence to regulations.
    • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with HR, Benefits, and location contacts to ensure payroll information is complete, accurate, and current.
    • Provide Coverage & Support: Serve as backup for basic payroll processing during Payroll Specialist absences and gain exposure to the full payroll lifecycle.
