Supervisory Capacity: No Supervisory Responsibilities · Motivate and provide direction to the Process Technicians ensuring appropriate directions, training, and evaluation. · Develop and maintain the process standards in which all parts are manufactured. · Review production and operating records and resolves technical processing issues. · Follow established action plans for processes out of range.
Additional Responsibilities: (List other duties performed by position) · Specify project management and buy off of new equipment. · Manage exploration of new materials and processes in order to achieve the best quality, process, and reliability. · Motivate and train the mold setters, ensuring appropriate training and evaluation. · Verify and apply narrow ranges for optimum processes to meet customer expectations. · Manage exploration of new materials and processes in order to achieve the best quality, process, and reliability. · Compile data and analyse past and current information in order to assist in the preparation of the budget and reduce operational costs. · Work with tool shops for all tool repairs and maintenance. · Maintain documentation closely, following necessary timelines on specific projects. · Enforce safety rules daily.
