Job Description

FMC Health is seeking a Clinic Administrator to join our team. The clinic administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our pediatric clinics. This includes managing staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, implementing established policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Managing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance

  • Ensuring efficient patient flow and implementing policies and procedures

  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Budgeting, financial planning, and record keeping

  • Analyzing performance data and identifying areas for improvement

  • Developing and implementing plans to improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes

  • Communicating with other healthcare providers and organizations to ensure continuity of care
