We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our Healthcare Team. . Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families. 



Qualifications:

- Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board

- Valid CPR certification

- Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings

- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care

- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations

- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus



Essential Job Functions:

- Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories

- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices

- Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations
