With our client base already strong in the Japan, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Leader to lead our efforts in Japan.

If you are an entrepreneurial business leader ready to take a proven tech product to new heights in Japan, this opportunity is for you. You will act as the primary sales driver and market builder, owning revenue while also shaping strategy, partnerships, and early operations in Japan. This is a multifaceted role that combines regulatory compliance, go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, and team building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive all revenue in Japan
  • Lead enterprise SaaS sales and close deals directly
  • Build pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, and partners
  • Develop partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and distributors
  • Work closely with presales/technical support to win deals
  • Adapt our software and hardware offering to the Japanese market
  • Help define go-to-market strategy and pricing
  • Represent OptiSigns in the market and support marketing efforts
  • Share customer feedback with global teams
