Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, leading and empowering apprentices and team members.

  • Quality & Oversight: Oversee quality control for all electrical work and manage any subcontractors utilized on-site.

  • Installation: Inspect, install, modify, and maintain electrical fixtures and conduit systems according to applicable building codes.

  • Communication: Coordinate with builders, general contractors, and project managers to maintain schedules and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Must have a valid Journeyman or Masters license from the State Board of Electrical Examiners.

  • Technical Skill: Proven experience in installing underground conduit and a strong understanding of local and national electrical codes.

  • Equipment Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in operating a track hoe or similar excavation equipment.

  • Leadership: Strong work ethic with the ability to lead and empower a field team.

  • General: High School Diploma (or equivalent), a valid Driver’s License, and excellent communication skills.

  • Availability: Ability to work 6am to 5pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Core Physical Requirements

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects, typically up to 50–75 lbs independently.

  • Mobility and Agility: Capacity to climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and kneel or crouch for extended periods.

  • Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small tools and heavy machinery controls with precision.
