👉 What You’ll Be Doing
Design, deploy, and manage endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR, antivirus, device control).
Monitor and respond to endpoint security incidents, alerts, and vulnerabilities.
Implement endpoint hardening standards, baselines, and security configurations.
Manage patching and update processes for operating systems and applications.
Administer and optimize DLP, CASB, and Endpoint Data Protection (EFD) solutions.
Monitor and manage user activity using security tools in alignment with security and HR policies.
Support and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including security configurations, device management and compliance, identity integration and access controls.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with TechOps and Development team to investigate and remediate security incidents.
Perform regular endpoint risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation tracking.
Support endpoint encryption, data loss prevention (DLP), and device control initiatives.
Maintain documentation, reports, and audit logs related to endpoint security.
Provide recommendations to improve endpoint security posture and user awareness.
👉 What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in endpoint security, IT security, or system administration.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 (M365), including security, compliance, and endpoint/device management.
Hands-on experience with endpoint protection platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or similar).
Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., ManageEngine Endpoint Central or similar)
Experience with DLP, CASB, or user activity monitoring tools (e.g., Proofpoint, Teramind, or similar).
Experience in managing enterprise endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, and/or Linux).
Exposure to security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security technologies (EDR, antivirus, encryption, DLP).
Proficiency in using endpoint management tools for management and patching.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features (e.g., Defender, Intune, Conditional Access).
Understanding of CASB, DLP, and data protection strategies.
Ability to analyze logs, detect anomalies, and respond to threats effectively.
Knowledge of patch management and vulnerability remediation processes.
Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
