- To be responsible in supporting Direct sales team in terms of technical sales support focusing on Graphic Communication Services product portfolio.
- Responsible for company set product gross in and revenue target.
- To follow standard conditions for business activities based on sales compliance, conformity with company policy, and secured transaction.
- To promote improvement of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain technical liaison with business partners, and their regional support office.
- To conduct technical workshop to internal sales or external customers from time to time to promote Fujifilm product portfolio.
- To work closely with District Sales Managers, Account managers and Sales executives in the day to day sales activities in their territory, i.e. account management, cold calling, product demonstration, and proposal presentation,
- To have self-initiative in developing sales tools, product samples, and sight seller by working closely with supplier and marketing team.
- Attend, learn and apply knowledge acquired from attending product training and sales workshop.
- Continuous self-improvement by reading product information/write-up, review professional publication, competitor’s product and information leaflets.
- Maintaining and updating customers records and information in SalesForce Dot Com (SFDC). Basic responsibilities are to update customer visit, demo, cold call, etc. activities on a daily basis. Engaged direct sales team in account management planning using data gathered and collected via SFDC.
