The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values a supportive clinical environment, strong operational infrastructure, and the opportunity to focus on high-quality care.

This is a full-time, salaried position offering a guaranteed base salary with additional monthly bonus potential based on performance. Total earning potential ranges from $85,000 – $105,000 annually.

You will be supported by a dedicated clinic team, including an Office Manager, Intake Specialists, and a Billing team—allowing you to focus on clinical care, supervision, and client outcomes rather than administrative tasks.

This is a full-time position that requires reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness.

The BCBA will primarily operate out of the clinic while supporting clients across clinic, home, and community-based settings as needed.

Compensation:
$85,000 – $105,000 total earning potential (base salary plus monthly bonus)

(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress and make data-driven programming adjustments
Collaborate with families and caregivers
Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation



Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Eligible for Virginia licensure
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply
