Pax8 is looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager (Nordics) to own and grow our strategic partnership with Microsoft across the Nordic region đ
Based in Stockholm (hybrid), youâll lead the end-to-end alliance motion, from joint business planning and performance rhythms through to hands-on GTM execution with Sales and Marketing. Youâll act as the central conduit between Pax8 and Microsoft in-region, helping shape priorities, unlock funding and incentives, and drive mutual growth across Azure, Security, and Copilot.
This is not a passive relationship management role. Youâll be expected to actively influence, execute, and accelerate joint GTM initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

đ What youâll be doing
đ¤ Own the Microsoft relationship across the Nordics: build trusted relationships with senior Microsoft stakeholders and ensure Pax8 remains a strategic partner of choice in-region.
đŞLead GTM execution: partner closely with Sales, Marketing and GTM teams to activate joint campaigns, co-sell motions, events and programmes that drive pipeline and consumption.
đ Run the partnership cadence: lead monthly performance/KPI rhythms and support/drive quarterly business reviews with Microsoft
đ§âđźJoint business planning: align on regional priorities, shared goals and growth plays, focusing time and investment where it will generate the greatest return.
𤚠Coordinate cross-functional delivery: bring together Sales, GTM, Marketing and relevant technical teams to execute against agreed plans.
đ˘ Report progress and insights: share clear updates, performance metrics, risks, and opportunities with internal leadership and Microsoft stakeholders.

- Proven experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally across alliance, channel, vendor or GTM roles
- Strong relationshipâbuilding capability, comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of coâsell, incentives and joint planning
- Demonstrated GTM execution strength, turning strategy into measurable results
- Clear communication skills, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment
- Comfort navigating change, adapting as priorities and strategy evolve

Salary: 891,000 SEK gross per annum
