Job Description
EF Malta summer school is seeking dedicated and outgoing teachers to join our team for summer 2026. If you are passionate about shaping young minds, adept at engaging diverse groups of students, and committed to fostering cross-cultural understanding, we would love to hear from you.
 

  •  Monday – Friday 

  •  Full-time

  •  Fixed-term contract between June – August 2026

Responsibilities
 

  •  Deliver general English classes using the EF methodology, sprinkled with your own touch

  •  Next to planning and teaching classes, you are also responsible for tracking attendance and attending teacher meetings

  •  Facilitating testing during the course, including scoring tests

  •  General classroom management

  •  Participate in peer observation programs

  •  Act as an ambassador for EF 

 
Requirements
  

  •  Available to work in Summer 2026

  •  TEFL, TESOL or CELTA (or equivalent) qualified 

  •  Excellent communication skills 

  •  Sensitive to the needs of international students 

  •  Demonstrates a high level of customer service

  •  Comfortable working with young teens (age 10 - 13 years old)

  •  Has strong administrative and organizational skills   

  •  Right to work in Malta (European Passport) 

  •  C2 level of English
