Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Central Nursing Home - Chicago, IL
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shifts Available: AM (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), PM (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM), and NOC (12:00 AM – 8:30 AM) Shifts

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, etc.)

  • Maintain cleanliness and comfort for residents

  • Monitor and document vital signs and changes in condition

  • Provide emotional support and companionship

  • Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care

  • Ensure resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times

  • Accurately report and record resident care and observations

  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure quality care

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs


What We’re Looking For:

  • Active CNA certification in the state of Illinois

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to residents’ changing needs

  • A kind, respectful, and professional demeanor

  • Must be free from any abuse-related convictions


Work Setting:

  • Long-Term Care Facility / Skilled Nursing Facility

  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift 25+ lbs, bend, move, and assist residents
