Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients and families throughout Palm Beach County. This role offers a consistent weekend-only schedule—every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., making it an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking a three-day workweek, work–life balance during the week, or an alternative to traditional weekday schedules.

What you'll Do
What You'll Need
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
- BSN preferred
- Hospice certification preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Possess the ability to assess physical and psychosocial needs of patient and family.
- Minimum of one year in public health, home nursing care, oncology nursing, medical/surgical nursing, geriatric nursing or Hospice nursing preferred.
- Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing, case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs
- Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
- Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
