Description

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields who are eager to gain real-world experience.

 

You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects across multiple sectors, including retail, private education, food & beverage, cold storage and more. This role offers exposure to fast-paced buildouts, highly regulated environments, and temperature-controlled facilities. Candidates should be comfortable with traveling nationwide to support project needs.

Requirements

  • Review submittals, change orders, and project documentation

  • Manage RFIs and assist with bid coordination

  • Write scopes of work and prepare purchase orders

  • Support schedule updates and project tracking

  • Participate in project meetings, site walks, and closeout activities

  • Assist with safety compliance and quality control

  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Travel to project sites as required
