Requirements for Subcontractor Crews

-Must have EPA/Lead Certification.
-Provide your own enclosed trailer or truck, equipped to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 90 lbs. unassisted.
-Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication.
-Positive, professional attitude when working with homeowners.
