Project Coordinator – Fintech (Prisma Platform | Payments, Risk &
Ops)
Reporting To : Program Manager / Project Manager / Delivery Lead (US-facing)
Experience
3–6 years in Project Coordination / PMO / Delivery Support
(Fintech, Payments, Banking, or SaaS strongly preferred)
Role Objective
Support and coordinate Prisma platform initiatives across Payments,
Risk, and Operations by owning task tracking, schedules, communication,
documentation, and delivery hygiene. This role ensures complex,
cross-functional fintech projects move forward predictably—despite
dependencies, time zones, and regulatory constraints.
You are accountable for clarity, follow-through, and visibility.
Prisma-Specific Project Types You Will
Support
1. Payments Projects
- Payment rail integrations (ACH,
Card, alternative rails) - Transaction processing
enhancements - Settlement, reconciliation, and
reversal workflows - Payment failure reduction
initiatives - Client onboarding and go-live
coordination
2. Risk & Compliance Projects
- Fraud and risk rule
implementations - Dispute and chargeback process
enhancements - Compliance-driven changes
(KYC/KYB, audit readiness) - Risk monitoring and reporting
rollouts - Policy or control framework
implementations
3. Operations Projects
- SLA and TAT improvement
initiatives - Ops tooling enhancements and
automation - Process standardization and SOP
rollouts - Support model changes and
transition programs - Volume scaling and operational
readiness project.
1. Task & Schedule Management
(Primary)
- Build and maintain detailed
project plans and timelines for Payments, Risk, and Ops initiatives. - Assign tasks, track dependencies,
and monitor progress across Engineering, Ops, Risk, and Business teams. - Track milestones, delivery
commitments, and critical-path items. - Proactively identify schedule
risks and escalate early.

2. Communication & Coordination
Hub
- Act as the single coordination
point between: - Engineering & Product
- Operations & Support
- Risk & Compliance
- Business & Leadership
- Drive structured communication:
- Daily follow-ups
- Weekly status updates
- Executive summaries (when
required) - Manage US–India time-zone
coordination with clarity and discipline. - Ensure action items are owned,
tracked, and closed.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Own and maintain:
- Project charters
- Scope and milestone trackers
- RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions,
Issues, Dependencies) - Capture meeting minutes,
decisions, and action items accurately. - Produce regular project health
reports, including: - Schedule status
- Key risks and blockers
- Dependencies and next steps
- Ensure documentation is clean,
current, and audit-ready.
4. Stakeholder Support &
Expectation Management
- Keep all stakeholders informed—no
surprises. - Track stakeholder requirements
and ensure alignment with delivery teams. - Support demos, reviews, UAT
cycles, and go-live checkpoints. - Help manage scope and timeline
expectations pragmatically.
5. Risk Identification &
Mitigation
- Identify delivery risks related
to: - Cross-team dependencies
- Regulatory constraints
- Resource availability
- Track mitigation plans and follow
through to closure. - Maintain visibility of open risks
and issues until resolved.
6. Process Adherence & Delivery
Governance
- Ensure projects follow agreed
delivery methodologies: - Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
- Waterfall (where required for
compliance-driven work) - Support sprint planning, reviews,
and retrospectives. - Enforce consistent use of project
tools and documentation standards. - Help improve delivery discipline
and cadence across teams.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Technology, Engineering, or related field
Certifications (Preferred / Expected)
- PMP (Project Management
Professional) – preferred - CAPM or Agile certifications (CSM / SAFe) – good to have
