As a Management Consultant - Business Analyst, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.
You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Job requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in AML, Financial Crime Compliance, or Risk Technology.
  • Hands-on experience in Transaction Screening systems, especially in banking or financial services.
  • Proven involvement in Fircosoft implementation or upgrade projects including screening rule configuration, list management, or tuning.
  • Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations, sanctions screening requirements, and regulatory expectations.
  • Solid experience writing detailed BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, consulting-oriented environment with strong delivery focus.

  • Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organizations context.
