Job Description

Our Courtyard by Marriott Boise West/Meridian is currently seeking an experienced Banquet Server.  As a rockstar on the Banquet/F&B Team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!


Position Responsibilities:


• Create new and innovative ways to ensure a memorable experience for everyone involved

• Understand banquet event orders to direct set up and breakdown of food buffet and events as needed.

• Work with Chef and F&B Supervisor  to ensure food and meeting room s set properly

• Responsible to keep meeting rooms and storage areas clean and well-maintained

• Set up audio visual requirement as needed

•Assist with setting up and breaking down all tables, chairs, bars, linens, etc.

•Support coworkers during high-volume events to maintain smooth operations

• Welcoming and friendly personality who will work directly with clients

• Comply with all state and local food health requirements in addition to brand standards

• Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels. WEEKDAY MORNINGS REQUIRED


Education and Experience Required:


• Previous banquet, bartending or service experience a plus
