WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Initiate recruitment process by posting the position with proper job description internally and /or externally
• Receive and sort resumes for posted positions
• Open / close employee files with proper documentation, i.e. change of status, employment contract, etc
• Ensure proper documentation of employee profiles are available upon request i.e. affidavit for common-law spouses, student attestation, etc
• Ensure that all employee files are updated and maintained.
• Write letters for transfers, promotions, offers, temporary assignments, etc
• Assist in recruitment events for Air Canada Rouge Flight Attendants
• Assist in recruitment events on the Indeed platform
• Replace receptionist when needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or similar, with a minimum of one to three years’ experience
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written communication skills
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Act in a confidential manner
• Travel required
