Summary:



Quality Technician is responsible for the tactical execution of quality controls, audits, and risk management activities related to materials, equipment, and processes. Working under direct supervision, this role focuses on high-fidelity adherence to established procedures, policies, and site-wide compliance initiatives.



We’re looking for team members who can bring flexibility to their schedule. While positions are available on both Day Shift (6:00am–2:30pm) and Swing Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm), the ideal candidate is open and able to work either shift as needed to support operational demands. This adaptability helps ensure smooth coverage and contributes to the overall success of the team.





Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 



Includes but is not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned:  




  • Implement Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, processes, and tools at the site level.

  • Perform internal audits including QMS, ISO, 6S, and Process of Record (POR).

  • Execute inspection and quality checks for production materials and finished goods.

  • Collect and store quality records in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Manage data collection for calibration and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks.

  • Develop and maintain SOP documentation and records to ensure audit readiness.

  • Disseminate quality metrics, reports, and quality alerts to site teams.

  • Assist with data collection for qualifications, measurement system analysis (MSA), and Gage R&R studies.

  • Drive the closure of audit corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with applicable stakeholders.

  • Support continual improvement projects related to quality, safety, and productivity.
