Description

Compass of Hope is hiring a dependable, compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support Hooksett office. This is a great role for someone who enjoys patient care and supporting providers in a calm, structured outpatient setting. We are offering both a part time position with the following required hours: 

  • Tuesday: 11:30AM-8:00PM
  • Wednesday: 10:30AM-7:00PM
  • Thursday: 11:30AM-8:00PM
  • Friday: 9:00AM-5:30PM
  • Saturday: 8:00AM-4:00PM

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Spravato/Ketamine Clinic, working directly with the provider to ensure smooth clinic hours

  • Responding to refill requests and pending prescriptions
  • Completing all prior authorizations 
  • Manage medical record requests 
  • Administrative scheduling including form completion tracking,
  • Greeting clients ensuring a warm welcoming presence. 

Requirements

  • Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential

  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism

  • Reliable, calm, and patient-centered

Summary

Compass of Hope is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a full time position primarily supporting our medical operations, prior authorizations, prescription pending and supporting the Spravato clinic with additional assistance with front desk operations as appropriate. We are looking for a motivated, professional and warm medical assistant to join our team!
