Role Overview 
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our office. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and efficient workplace by managing office supplies, coordinating office services, and serving as the front desk point of contact for employees and visitors. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in creating a well-organized and positive office experience. This role is 100% onsite.


Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment through regular walkthroughs and upkeep.

Monitor, order, and restock office, kitchen, and workplace supplies.

Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and guest check-ins.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution.

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and general workplace needs.

Support onboarding and employee needs including desk setup, equipment coordination, and office access.

Assist with office events, meetings, conference room logistics, and daily meals/catering.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or workplace operations. 

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail. 

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment. 

Proficiency with common office tools (Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.). 

Bonus Skills

Experience supporting a startup or fast-growing company. 

Experience coordinating office events or workplace programs. 

Familiarity with office management tools or workplace platforms.
