What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
• Monitor and record vital signs and promptly communicate changes to nursing staff
• Observe residents’ conditions and report concerns to ensure timely care
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper body mechanics
• Prepare rooms and materials for new resident admissions
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming care environment
• Collaborate with nurses and team members to deliver outstanding care

What You Bring

• Active Florida CNA License (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred, not required)
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact
