We’re seeking motivated, curious, and driven interns to join teams across multiple business functions:
- Finance & Reporting Team
- Human Resources- Systems/AI Team
- Human Resources- Communications Tea,
- Data Architecture & Information Technology (IT)
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with experienced professionals who are invested in your growth
- Take ownership of meaningful, real-world projects within your team
- Participate in team meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and leadership discussions
- Design and execute an Innovation Project of your choice, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership
- Receive mentorship, feedback, and career development support throughout the program
What We’re Looking For
- Current college students (rising juniors or seniors preferred)
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- Strong interest in healthcare, business, and/or innovation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-starters who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Curious, analytical thinkers who enjoy solving problems and bringing fresh ideas
