Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.  Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.  

 

Salary Structure: (Based on 2025-2026 Compensation Plan)

 

Starting Date:  August, 2026

 

2025-2026 Teacher Salary Schedule:

0  Years  = $66,000

15 Years = $85,383

Add $1,200 for Master's Stipend.

Add $5,000 for National Board Teacher Certification

 

Employment Days:  187

 

Qualifications:

*Valid Texas Teaching Certificate for Subject/Grade.

*Must hold a 4-8 Generalist, 4-8 Mathematics, or 6-12, 7-12 Mathematics certificate.
