Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the loan application process, verify documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to ensure the timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications.


This position can be performed remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining strong communication and productivity standards.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify mortgage loan applications and supporting documents.
  • Collect and organize necessary paperwork, including income, credit, and asset information.
  • Communicate with clients, loan officers, and third parties to resolve issues.
  • Ensure loan files are complete and comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor loan progress and maintain accurate records in the system.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year mortgage experience.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively within the team and across the company.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a high-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; mortgage or financial services experience is a plus.
