Responsabilités essentielles :
Respecter les exigences opérationnelles de la succursale en s'assurant des éléments suivants : remplir les factures, traiter les retours, recevoir et traiter les expéditions de réapprovisionnement, tenir à jour les stocks de la succursale/la documentation de vente et les présentoirs d'événements, effectuer des contrôles d'inventaire, préparer et expédier les commandes ainsi que les transferts de succursales, remplir avec précision tous les documents associés.
Fonctions du poste:
- Maintenir et soutenir le stock de vente Cueillette Rapide
- Organiser l'entrepôt pour faciliter la localisation des produits
- Assurer un environnement de travail propre et sûr à tout moment
- Aider au processus d'inventaire physique
- Démontrer des niveaux de service exceptionnels pour les clients internes et externes
- Autres tâches assignées
Vous devez avoir :
- Expérience antérieure en expédition/réception/inventaire
- Capacité à soulever et/ou déplacer régulièrement jusqu'à vingt-cinq livres, soulever et/ou déplacer fréquemment jusqu'à cinquante livres et occasionnellement soulever et/ou déplacer plus de soixante-quinze livres (avec assistance)
- Auto-motivé, capable de travailler de manière autonome sans supervision étroite et avoir un esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement et capacités démontrées en multitâche
- Forte éthique de travail, faire ce qu'il faut pour accomplir le travail tout en maintenant des normes éthiques commerciales élevées

Essential Responsibilities:
Comply with branch operational requirements by ensuring the following: completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining branch stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as branch transfers, accurately completing all associated paperwork.

- Stock sales floor to enhance the sales experience for our customers
- Organize warehouse to ensure ease of locating product
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Assist in the physical inventory process
- Demonstrate exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers

You Must Have:
- Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards

- The typical base salary for this role, ranges from CAD $42,920 to $73,080 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
