DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble, install, and relocate office furniture and equipment as required.
- Coordinate, oversee, and perform medium- and large-scale employee moves and equipment relocations.
- Support daily conference room setups, office build-outs, and tear-downs.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow detailed instructions and work effectively under close supervision.
- Complete all required documentation and associated paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain the workplace and warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including fueling, washing, and related tasks.
- Adhere to established safety procedures and operating practices at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications
- Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must demonstrate a basic understanding of facilities maintenance principles and concepts.
- Must have a working knowledge of and discretion in safely operating hand and power tools.
- Must be customer focused and possess:
- A valid California driver's license with a good driving record verified by the DMV;
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and other mechanical drawings;
- Basic analytical ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice;
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of employees and to accurately communicate, document and report;
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the field.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.
- Two-year technical degree or trade school equivalent desirable.
