Join our Sourcing Team and advance your career as a Sourcing Analyst with German knowledge
In this role You will:
Take ownership of end‑to‑end sourcing and contracting projects of low to medium complexity, from initial requirements through to contract award
Partner closely with the business to understand demand, challenges, and priorities, ensuring sourcing activities fully reflect business needs
Identify value levers and market opportunities to deliver best value and competitive advantage
Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with the wider Category strategy, with guidance from senior team members where needed
Define the route‑to‑market, establish clear evaluation and selection criteria, and ensure decisions are driven by business priorities
Lead and coordinate the supplier selection process, ensuring robust evaluation and selection of the best‑fit suppliers
Manage partner and supplier relationships throughout the sourcing lifecycle, maintaining clear communication and alignment
Participate in and support commercial negotiations, agreeing on key contractual terms and commercial conditions
Draft, adapt, and maintain contract documentation using approved templates, and manage internal approval workflows
Produce status updates and summary reports, and analyze data to support decision‑making and project outcomes
What You will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Fluency in English and German
Experience working in an Ariba / SAP system environment is an advantage
Initial sourcing or procurement experience, ideally gained in a multinational or cross‑functional setting
Some exposure to category‑specific sourcing, with curiosity to learn more and grow expertise
Experience working with external partners, particularly suppliers, in a professional context
Familiarity with contract creation, negotiations, or contract administration, supported by templates and guidance
Basic understanding of supplier markets and selection processes, with a willingness to deepen market knowledge
General awareness of the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle
The ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate effectively with different partners
Good time‑management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
A strong motivation to develop sourcing, category, and commercial knowledge as part of a long‑term career
