Our Finance department is seeking a Procurement Staff t to join our team in Jakarta.
What you'll do:
• Coordinate one time procurement activities and multi-year contracts
• Care-taker for Procurement related topics
• Responsible and accountable for the quality and timely process for purchase contract
• Lead low to middle volume contract negotiations with suppliers and alignment with cross-function
• Ensure proper procurement process to be complied with valid Procurement Guidelines
• Responsible for the assurance of the full compliance of Corporate Integrity Code/ Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery Policy
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any related Major, Baster’s degree is desirable
- Good MS Office Knowledge
- Good SAP knowledge
- Minimum 2 years in similar position
- Good in communication in English (both oral & written)
- Supply Chain Management and Supplier Management
