As a Preventative Maintenance Engineer, you'll tackle repairs, team up to keep equipment in top shape, and jump in wherever you’re needed—from carpentry to plumbing and even painting. You’ll help guests, respond to work orders, and maybe even take the wheel of the shuttle van (at some properties). Safety and efficiency are your superpowers!

  • Equipment Whisperer: Take charge of repairs and tune-ups for ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen gadgets, laundry gear, HVAC systems, and even the swimming pool and hot tub, ensuring peak performance all around.
  • Safety Hero: Respond quickly to alarms, investigate their cause, and report findings to the Front Desk, keeping everyone safe and in the know.
  • Trusted Access: Act responsibly with access to sensitive hotel areas and information—including safes, master keys, storage rooms, and secured files—always maintaining a high level of integrity and trust.
  • Guest Connection: Interact with guests and colleagues, sometimes unsupervised, represent the company with professionalism and good judgment, and drive safely when needed for business.
