🏭 Manufacturing Engineer I
📍 Location / Ubicación: Amexhe, Guanajuato

🎯 Role Objective
Plan, define, and improve manufacturing processes and production sequences for electronic manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, robustness, compliance with quality standards, and readiness for serial production.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of manufacturing methods for new and existing production processes.
  
• Plan and specify manufacturing sequences, work cycles, capacities, and required production equipment.
  
• Define and document process flows, operating instructions, and related production documentation.
  
• Support the procurement or internal manufacturing of operating and testing equipment.
  
• Participate in risk analysis using Process FMEA and implement improvement actions.
  
• Prepare, update, and manage production and quality documentation.
  
• Support pre‑series and series audits in manufacturing and quality.
  
• Plan and coordinate the preparation and validation of initial samples.
  
• Support change management activities (process changes, feasibility analysis, costing, timing).
  
• Apply basic Lean Manufacturing / OEE concepts to improve efficiency.
  
• Use basic knowledge of SMT processes (Ekra printing, Pick & Place, AOI, ICT, EOL) to support and document production processes.
  
• Interpret basic technical drawings.
  
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of previous experience in manufacturing or process engineering (electronics / SMT environments).
• Basic knowledge of SMT processes.
• Basic understanding of OEE and/or Lean Manufacturing.
• Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic interpretation of technical drawings.
