Wayne & Medina Counties, Ohio
Full-Time | Non-Exempt | 4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday, 8.5-hour days)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including answering questions and scheduling appointments 
  • Determine eligibility and process applications for programs including HEAP, PIPP, CSBG, and HWAP 
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate, audit-ready client records 
  • Conduct community outreach and occasional home visits 
  • Enter and maintain client data to ensure accuracy and compliance 
  • Provide referrals to internal and external community resources 
  • Respond to client concerns and ensure timely resolution 
  • Support quality assurance, compliance requirements, and program operations 
  • Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment

WHAT YOU BRING

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social services, customer service, or a related field 
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurable record 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn case management systems

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is primarily office-based with regular client interaction and occasional travel for outreach or home visits. The role involves high-volume client engagement and supporting individuals experiencing financial or emotional stress.
