    Minimum Stipend Offered: $4,544
      


    Purpose Statement:

    Extra-curricular activities are a vital extension of the student experience, providing opportunities for skill development, teamwork, and personal growth. As the Head Boys Swim Coach, you will inspire, motivate, and teach students swim-specific skills while fostering positive relationships and supporting their overall development in both the pool and beyond.
      


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all aspects of the boys' swim program.
    • Develop and implement effective practice schedules, strategies, and game plans.
    • Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character traits among swimmers.
    • Foster relationships with students, staff, and the community.


    Job Requirements:

    • Education: Must have a Four-Year Degree OR
      Have served as an Approved Assistant Coach for a minimum of two school years.
