The Opportunity
We�re looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day HR operations.
You�ll be deeply involved in core HR processes including employee support, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation across the employee lifecycle.

What You�ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, responding to HR inquiries and resolving issues via ticketing systems and direct interaction
- Manage a high volume of HR transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation
- Support payroll by ensuring timely and accurate data submission and resolving related inquiries
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee support and open enrollment coordination
- Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters, including documentation and issue resolution support
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and maintain HR documentation
- Support audits and compliance efforts through organized recordkeeping
- Coordinate training logistics and track participation
- Identify process improvements and recommend practical, scalable solutions
- Assist with job description updates and general HR documentation
- Support additional HR projects and administrative needs as assigned
What You Bring
- 4�7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on operations and employee support
- Experience in high-volume, process-driven environments (manufacturing, construction, automotive, or similar preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management
- Understanding of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Bachelor�s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
