The Opportunity

We�re looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day HR operations.

You�ll be deeply involved in core HR processes including employee support, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation across the employee lifecycle.

What You�ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, responding to HR inquiries and resolving issues via ticketing systems and direct interaction
  • Manage a high volume of HR transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation
  • Support payroll by ensuring timely and accurate data submission and resolving related inquiries
  • Assist with benefits administration, including employee support and open enrollment coordination
  • Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters, including documentation and issue resolution support
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and maintain HR documentation
  • Support audits and compliance efforts through organized recordkeeping
  • Coordinate training logistics and track participation
  • Identify process improvements and recommend practical, scalable solutions
  • Assist with job description updates and general HR documentation
  • Support additional HR projects and administrative needs as assigned

What You Bring

  • 4�7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on operations and employee support
  • Experience in high-volume, process-driven environments (manufacturing, construction, automotive, or similar preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management
  • Understanding of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
  • Bachelor�s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
