Job Details:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Summer Intern to join our team and support key initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment while contributing to meaningful projects that impact employee experience and talent attraction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and standardization of internal guidelines, including SOPs, Employee Handbook, and Viridien Care materials
  • Assist with translation and creation of English versions of internal documents and local policies
  • Contribute to internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support the digitization of employee records and documentation (in collaboration with HR team members)
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Support recruitment coordination and candidate pipeline tracking
  • Help establish and maintain relationships with universities and academic departments
  • Support the organization of campus events and recruitment activities
  • Assist with logistics, including goodies procurement, purchase orders, and promotional materials (flyers, etc.)
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to promote Viridien as an employer of choice
