 Qualifications:

• Baseball coaching experience at the high school level is preferred
• Ability to work with a system-wide baseball program
•  Must possess the knowledge and ability to assist the varsity coach with baseball technique to enhance player skill development
•  Ability to enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times
• Be familiar with and implement MHSAA rules and policies of the Wayland Union Board ofEducation
• Basic first aid, CPR, and concussion training is recommended

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist as directed by the Varsity coach with teaching technique and promoting team building
• Represent the Wayland Union District in a positive and professional manner with effective communication with opponents, officials, players, parents and spectators
• Attend practices and events

Terms of Employment:         
WUEA Schedule B position, seasonal position only.
Will be employed through EduStaff unless current WUEA member
Contingent upon passing post offer background checks.
